Newly constructed units look very nice inside, but poor construction is evident. No sound insulation. Forget watching a quiet movie if anyone else is watching TV, or.. talking.. beneath or above you. Inexpensive materials also evident in details such as cabinetry and appliances. Poor weather insulation (single pane windows, thin walls... high heating bills). Surrounding buildings tend to be quite loud on weekends. Landlord will tell you what you want to hear but not enforce any rules, and won't even back you up for that matter. A real pain to deal with.

It is close to the stadium, hospital, and law school, but so are other apartments.
