Landlords claim an upscale setting but rent to anyone. Adjacent rental units full of loud college students that will party until mid-morning. Property is outside city limits so there is no noise ordinance to enforce. Hope you like loud music and people yelling outside at 3 a.m. Keep looking, good luck.
