georgetown is basically a really nice place to live...especially for a college student. however...the electric bill is outrageous in the winter months. maybe living on the bottom floor doesnt help PLUS the apartments are very poorly insulated. also, don't let them tell you that you can get out of your lease if you have to because YOU CAN'T. they rope you in and if you don't find someone to sublet, you're screwed. other than that, it's been fine.
