Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Great location for the football lover! But very rude staff. Maintanence was usually very good. Poor insulation and you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on around you above, beneath, and also outside. Never really had any problems with people partying constantly. But I have not yet received my security deposit back sine I moved out and I should have a week ago. So I guess it has its pros and cons.
