Cons:
1)Have to call maintenance people every week for plumbing problems.
2)Horrible smells.
3)No proper ventilation.
4)Not Spacious enough.
5)Too Old.
6)Terrible Bed bug and Roaches infestation.
7)No proper maintenance.
8)Administrative secretary has abrasive personality.
9)Finally not worth your money.

Pros:
1)High speed internet, water and utilities, cable and Parking are included in the rent.
