Stadium Apartments has changed hands recently, and it has taken a 180 into a nice affordable place. It is clean, and the apartments are constantly being renovated. The landlord does virtually all the mantainence himself, so you may have to wait for a repair, but it will be done resonably soon and well. It was the lowest price I could get on a single, it's solid and the couple that owns the place is really nice.
