I have lived in Morgantown for 5 years and this past year rented from Stadium Apartments. Soon after I moved in there were leaks, the ceiling in my tub caved in and it took them 3 months to finally come fix it! My fridge constantly broke and I wasted tons of money on grocery's that would spoil because of it. There was smoking allowed in the apartments that shared the same vents and my neighbor was a chain smoker so every time my air conditioner would kick on my apartment would reak of stale smoke like an old hotel room. I'm not a smoker and one time after a football game there were cigarette butts around my door, the landlord TAPED the dirty butts to my door using the same tape for a note about parking! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Also right after I moved in I had a friend in from out of town for 4 nights, the landlord left 3 harassing notes on my door about my guest and how I will be forced to pay for a 2 bedroom! WAS she watching me through her window'!' I was so fed up it was hard for me to even pay her a dime of my money! When she wanted to get in contact with me and I wouldn't answer she was using my "in case of emergency" list. RUDE people, over priced smelly apartments! I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone!
