I think that the title says it all. There are so many things about this place that suck. If you enjoy residing in a place that is poorly constructed, has inadequate insulation in most of the bedrooms, the ceiling leaks because of improper piping from the upstairs apartment, the residents upstairs sound like a herd of elephants when they walk across the floor, there is mold in one bathroom(which when the office was informed of this, they sent a maintenance worker over 2 weeks later and had him paint over the mold), the tv channels are awful and go out all the time, the so-called high speed internet is slow(sometimes dial-up is faster), the office staff cares very little for the residents and the maintenance staff cares even less. It can take anywhere from 2 days to a week to get the snow removed from the sidewalks in front of most of the buildings. And to top it all off, my car was towed last night by the district because I was on the line in a parking space. Eventhough there were many places to park, due to it being the weekend, and I had a parking permit and was parking right outside of my building. It isn't enough that I have to put up with all of The Districts $hittiness, now I have to worry about them towing me. Also as a side note, today one of the maintenance workers was riding one of their ATV's haphazardly around the complex and went as far as to do donuts in my parking lot. So if you ever have the urge to live here, DON'T!!! This place will be slum housing within 3 - 5 years.
