As long as I've been living at the District, I've really liked it. The rent rates are incredible with all utilities included. Maintenance takes care of any problems the next day and the grounds always look nice. I plan on staying here until I graduate. District Apartments are really convenient and the nicest apartments you'll find in a college town.
