This is my second year living at the District and I absolutely love it! The office and caf staff are very friendly and the maintenance men have always took care of my problems. When I first moved in, my apartment was very clean and I haven t had any complaints. Where else in Morgantown are you going to find loads of parking, your OWN bathroom, free tanning, a pool, a basketball court, a gym, a jogging trail, and an awesome caf '! This is a very safe place to live and I plan on living here for the rest of my college career.
