Living here was awful. I lived here for over a year, and every time I entered the office (whether it be to drop off a rent check, or report vandalism in the building, anything) I was not greeted properly by the leasing agents or the apartment manager.

It should also be known that there are "quiet hours" however they hire residents to handle the 24-hour emergency calls, and I often saw these designated residents ignoring the calls. Or sometimes if they were partying, and the call was about the party being too loud, they'd ignore it and go back to partying. It's a total joke.

I also saw many almost-accidents in the circle near the office because it's not labeled properly at all, and they let residents drive around like they're drag racing.

They claim to have a pet policy, yet we saw many dogs living there who were clearly over the weight limit and whose owners stated that they had not even paid a deposit on them. Such a great deal for those who do pay and do the right thing, huh'

The place and management are a joke, I suggest living there if you want convenience only - but even that is hard to come by. When it snows in the winter, you're basically stuck since the bus will sometimes not run (which honestly, is not the fault of the District at all).
