DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have a list of reasons why! They lost my old roommates rent check, expected her to repay rent. They lost my deposit for my dog, TWICE and expected me to pay. I had a 4 bedroom, they sent my parents a bill months after I moved out, for a new carpet (after new people already moved in''') and I was the only one to get a bill, needless to say we got lawyers. My bedroom flooded with sewage water, they did nothing. They moved in people to my apartment that they knew would cause problems just to be rude and spiteful (this was told to me firsthand). T The staff is rude, unable to comprehend much of anything, and money hungry. Every month, every door would get a letter stuck to it, saying people owed them money, but turns out every month for the time I lived there, it was a computer glitch, but still every month they managed to stick these notices on doors' So what if people paid this computer error' Do they get a refund' DOUBT IT. I lived in the building where the shootings/murder took place. I also was there for a stabbing! My roommates and I also had issues with neighbors that went unsolved. I reported my neighbors for many illegal activities, and even when police were involved, the District chose to ignore what was happening. The apartments themselves, full of mold, the walls are thin, the appliances (i.e. stove, tub, etc) seem to eventually just rip away from the wall! NEVER sign with the district, the management will drain your wallet and you will leave still somehow owing money!
