If you value yourself, do not sign here. I am in the marching band at WVU and my roomate and I came home at 1:30 am exhausted after a game to find out apartment flooded and without power. The only insrtuctions we were given were posted on the door and couldn't contact anyone untill the next day. We then had to drive an hour back home to stay the night and come back the next day.
The locks on the door are electronic and the batteries die VERY easily, leaving you locked out.
I can tell you everything the residents above me are doing at any given time. From the last time they coughed to what they are watching on tv due to the thin walls.
The appliances will work when they feel like it. My laundry usually has to go through the dryer 3 times to fully dry.
As I write this I am packing my stuff to move out in 7 beautiful days.
This place honestly made me wish I was back in the less than pleasing dorms with an unstable roomate.
