If you want to live in the worst place in Morgantown, then come to the district apartments. Ive had packages sent to the office and never recieved them because one of the staff members has taken them home with them instead of me getting them. You can constantly hear people walking upstairs, loud music all the time, nothing is ever fixed and the management is rude and unreliable. They do nothing to help you and it is very unsafe. Doors never work becuase of the electronic keys, when maintance does come they dont lock your door or even close it at times. They fine you for the most ridiculous stuff and they dont care who moves in. Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever been through. I would never recomend anyone ever wanting to live here.

i understand how you feel. one of the staff members admitted openly to a friend of mine they roomed people with me because "I deserved it" after complaining about too many things. The staff is extremely rude and unable to handle the smallest tasks, the managers are more concerned about their paycheck than how they handle the complex... they tried to charge me a full carpet replacement AFTER I have been moved out for several months, and other people have moved in with pets!! They are vendictive and immature, I hated the district, if you want to see a good street fight or get involved in a drug shooting, move in!
