I Like It!

I moved to Timberline in May 2007 and have enjoyed living there every since. IF you are a good tenant (i.e., pay your rent on time, don't trash the place, don't have loud parties, don't keep a bunch of stuff on the terrace, etc.) then you will be treated very well by the office staff. They are professional, courteous and definitely know who the good tenants are and the bad ones are. Any problem I had, they addressed as quickly as they could including bad neighbors, maintenance issues, lighting, etc. I agree that it is might be a bit on the high side, but compared to the new places going up with are over $1,000 per unit, they aren't bad. Yes, they are older, but well maintained. It's a quiet place, my neighbors are good, the laundry facility is good, playgrounds well kept, and the grass is mowed regularly. I recommend it.
