	TWIN KNOBS IS A VERY NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE MORGANTOWN AT CHEAT LAKE WITH ESAY ACESS TO TOWN.

	Very clean, well maintained, and Quiet. Parking is on street, but not too bad.Rent includes water and trash, and is income restricted. Over all, a nice place to live.
