The management lies....they will come into your apartment unannounced...there are no locks on the main doors leading into the units...strangers have been found hanging out in the hallways...if you have problems they may get to you soon or you may have to wait WEEKS...just not worth the trouble when management does not care about the tenants, only about collecting the rent...if you expect to get the security back forget it, they find anything to keep it

My name is Jason and I work at West Run. We only enter an apartment for one of two reasons one there was a maintenance request made or if it is an emergency. If someone submitted a Maintenance request we may have went to your apartment to fix the order. If you find there is someone in the hallways that is not suppose to be there feel free to contact the office and we can handle it from there. I would love to give every resident 100% back of there security deposit, but I know that is not realistic. If something is going to need worked on after someone moves out we have to prep it for the new resident coming in. We try to fix maintenance orders right away and I wish they could all be done that day. I know that is not possible though. Some orders may require an outside vendor such as an air conditioner, because you have to have a license to work on HVAC and freon. Or an item maybe something that requires a part or tool that we may not have on site. Also there is 994 beds at West Run sometimes a burned out light bulb may have to wait to be fixed before someone that does not have power.

Every reply from jason is the same bs all he does is dance around the question and spin it so the student is always at fault never west run, it is definalty awful dealing with him in person, all this place cares about is getting your $$$
