I was appauld when I was told that there were bad reviews about Briarcliff! I currently live at Briarcliff Manor and love my apartment! I have neighbors that feel the same way, one of my neighbors have lived here for 20 years!
All I have to do is call the office if I need anything taken care of and being a single mother, it really helps(the maintenance man even changed the lightbulb in my refrigerator). Plus, you can tell they truely care, they even pick an elderly neighbors garbage up so that he doesn't have to walk. Furthermore in the winter, I saw the maintenance men in the wee hours of the morning shoveling snow and in the summer the grounds are beautiful!
Not to mention the office staff are so helpful. It seems like there is always someone there because there are 2 employees, so most of the time they relieve each other, they don't take lunch breaks. I see Eileen working after 5:00 all of the time!
I would like to add that I was disgusted to see that the one gentlemen had said that he had seen cockroaches. I almost don't believe that. They have an exterminator come once a month, I have seen him spraying the halls. All you have to do is call the office and they'll spray your apartment. Although I did see a couple of lady bugs this year, that is far from a cockroach!
My apartment is more than an apartment, it is my home.
