tenants allow their dogs to leave piles of poop in front of the apartment's grassy area, tenants allow their guests to park in resident parking leaving the tenant no place to park, the inside of the apartments are cheaply made and management is not very helpful at resolving problems.

UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO ENFORCE RESIDENTS TO PICK UP AFTER THIER DOGS SO WE EVENTUALLY HAD TO COME TO THE RESOLUTION OF NO LONGER ALLOWING DOGS UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. NOW THE PROPERTY LOOKS NICER.
AS FOR THE PARKING SITUATION WE HAVE PLENTY OF GARAGES AVAILABLE AND WOULD BE GLAD TO RENT THOSE TO RESIDENTS WHO WOULD LIKE A GUARANTEED CLOSE PARKING SPOT.
