For Casper area apartments this is probably one of the nicest ones available in terms of style and the way they look. They are clean, neutral colored apartments that are easy to maintain. I have lived here for 7-8 years and have enjoyed my unit even though I've been on in the middle floor with neighbors above, below and next door to me. The tenants are fairly quiet with the exception of a few rotten eggs but nothing that would deter me from ever living here again. The maintenance crew have always been quick to repair anything I've asked them to including a closets falling off the tracks or even replacing a leaky faucet. The paint is a cheap flat white but the office provides me with as much touch up paint as I've needed over the years. For awhile (not sure if they still do) they offered a free carpet cleaning with every lease renewal which was great! The office is quick to respond to any grievances I've had and are willing to listen to them no matter how trivial my complaints have been, including neighbors friends parking in the restricted areas of the complex. Overall it's been a fantastic experience and I will truly miss living here.
