I haved lived here a year and the some of the neighbors are loud, dirty, throw garbage outside on the lawn, and nothing has been done about it.

Does anyone know what the owners name and address and phone number is, because I am tired of complaining and NOTHING getting done.

Updating needs to be done on this site, because the one and two bedrooms are not the price they say there are.
