This place is a joke! Moved in early Spring with a year's lease. Was told it was nice and quiet! Have never heard such filthy language in my life from the 'kids' next building down! I'm no prude, but how many times a night, and how drunk do you have to be, to continue

I haved lived here a year and the some of the neighbors are loud, dirty, throw garbage outside on the lawn, and nothing has been done about it. Does anyone know what the owners name and address and phone number is, because I am tired of complaining and NOTHING getting done.

tenants allow their dogs to leave piles of poop in front of the apartment's grassy area, tenants allow their guests to park in resident parking leaving the tenant no place to park, the inside of the apartments are cheaply made and management is not very helpful at resolving problems.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! If you have even half a brain, stay away from here!!! They don't enforce their own rules, but are all over you for the slightest thing. There is so much dog sh** all over you can hardly walk on the grass or sidewalk sometimes. Really great to open my blinds on
