I have lived in the apartment for four years or so and they have been fine till lately. They no longer allow you to park more than one vehicle on the premises!' If you have a downstairs apartment it sounds like there is a heard of elephants upstairs, very poor insulation. About a year ago we has a leak in our ceiling and it took them 6-8 months to fix it while water was dripping on our expensive couch. We asked them several times what was going on and they always said it would be next week and never offered to rectify the problem. The only person that is likable there is one of the older maintenance guys, the property manager is always angry at life it seems like. Living here is like living in ---- germany now.

I pay for all of the parking I use, I pay for a garage too. If there are 10 open spaces that NOBODY uses why wouldn't I be able to park there? How many people do you know that have a family and have only one vehicle? They are getting greedy!

Anyone who owns more than one vehicle needs to get a garage. I pay for parking too and just because others do not have vehicles does not give other tenants the rights to take parking that they do not pay for. As for the manager,she is great and very helpful to those who respect her and her job.
