Ok this place is not bad if you don't mind freezing in the shower during the winter. The heater only heats the living room. The concrete walls throughout the entire place does stay cool so during the summer that is a plus. And whats with the washer hook up being next to the kitchen sink and the dryer being in the pantry accross the room. Anyway, I would not recommend this place to a family with young children.
