Great Place to live - I lived at Westgate for a couple of years and as far as I can see this is the best apartment community it Cheyenne. The neighbors are wonderful and if I had a problem, I could easily communicate with my neighbor and take care of whatever the issue was. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dont do it - I have lived in the apartment for four years or so and they have been fine till lately. They no longer allow you to park more than one vehicle on the premises!? If you have a downstairs apartment it sounds like there is a heard of elephants upstairs, very poor insulation. When I first moved around here it was great. Now I have to deal with noisy young neighbors who slam the door when coming in and out and since recently entertain friends and booty calls all hours of the night, at least I was able to put a stop to drunken parties outside my door and cigarattes
