not good very run down

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Ilived at BellaVista apartments for one year and was very happy to move. I dont think that the owners of this company can find a good manager they have changed office staff more than I have ever seen any place I have ever seen. I wasnt impressed with any one particular but the one they have now has been the most uncaring human being I have ever met. The buildings are ran down and laundry rooms are horrible. I always felt frightened to go out after dark. AllI can add is good luck if you ever need help from office personel,depending on who you talk to the rules are never the same.
