To start there is a no pet policy unless you now the manager on a personal basses.
the management is very rude unproffessional and lazy. lived here over a year and was told they would fix all 7 of my problems when I moved in none not even one has been fixed to this date and they have been informed of this severel times. There rent is extremely high compared to othe apartments and motels in this town especially for a 300 sqaure foot studio. Lots of rude neighbors smell strong odors of pot from managers apt. and many others. I would never recommend putting any child in this enviornment. They hired roofers that they were friends with this summer and it took almost 7 weeks to do 3 buildings.

Well i have lived there also and as for the policy that is not up to them it is up to the owners get your facts.man... and i know that they did not know the roofers the got fired for the crappy job and poor busness skills FYI. i think they rent to people that they see fit.. befor they came into being the managers there where alot of scum living there and tents living there with dogs that still have them now becouse they had them befor the new pet policy.. thank you.
