not good very run down - Ilived at BellaVista apartments for one year and was very happy to move. SLUMLORDS Dewal Apts has 12 one bedroom and 12 two bedroom apts. It is partly financed with Rural Development. This apartment is income based.There is a high turnover of managers; they stay for a year or two only. Current managers, Tami and Robert Grasmick are SLUMLORDS. They don't bother
