I moved in when it was still under construction and it was much better then. There are alot of hispanic people living here now who have no respect for anyone but them selves there kids run all over up and down the stairs all the time unsupervised you, try to talk to there parents and either they dont speak english all of the sudden or no one knows who the parents are for the kid. Its sad because this would be a very nice place to live if it wasnt for that but seeing as thats the way it is people are moveing out faster than they are moving in and the ones moving in are more ---------, we are the last white family in this building and will not be resigning a lease. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.

I HAVE TO AGREE BUT IT IS NOT ONLY THE HISPANIC PEOPLE . MOST PEOPLE PERIOD LET THERE KIDS RUN THE PLACE. NO PARKING THE GYM IS A JOKE , THE PARK IS OVER RAN WITH ADULTS DRINKING BEER AND TRASH TALKING. TRASH IS ALWAYS FULL THERE SHOULD BE 2 DAYS PICK UP ISTEAD ON 1 AND SO MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS I WOULD BE HERE ALL DAY
