I would live there again in a heart beat!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived at Remington Village for a year and a half, and I really loved it and was sad to leave my apartment when I had to move. It is pretty family friendly, and yes there are lots of children both hispanic and white that can be at times noisey, but what family that doesn't have children is not noisey' I mean, they are kids and when people live literally on top and right next to others it is common sense that you will hear the others around you. I think that the staff does a good job with what they have to work with. Obviously they did not build the complex, so as with any contractor, you never know how detailed they will be. But I know that the staff cares about the tenants and they show that when they are reasonably able to. But like I said I lived there for a year and a half and had NO problems with my stuff peeling or cracking or breaking, all my appliances lasted and looked brand new when I left, and I had a child living there. So people who say "mine broke it was a piece of crap" must not have been taking care of their stuff, in my opinion. My apartment was located near the volley ball courtyard and I saw a lot of hispanic families out there and not ONCE did they are keep me up, were obnoxious, or annoying to me and my family, and we are white. I didn't feel as though the grounds were dirty, I think that they kept them up fairly good for the size that it is. And for those parents who did not keep watch of their children, yes the kids did make messes, but I don't feel it was the staff's job to babysit these people's kids. Unfortunately there are a lot of bad parents out there, and that's something you find anywhere, it's part of life. There would be days I would see kids and adults(not just the "---------") put trash or mess up the grounds just hours after the staff cleaned it up. I had no problem with parking where I was located.
So over all I feel like I would live there again if we ever moved back to Gillette. I was from a more populated area and have lived in other apartments. For those who complain on here about "how horrible" Remington Village is, they should go live in an apartment complex in the real world and find out that there are slum lords where roaches and drugs and sex offenders live. Where the apartment smells like piss and they charge you an arm and a leg for a little can they call an apartment. Now those are real things to whine and complain about. Not the race of the people who live around you, people are just people... white people can be just as trashy as any hispanic.
