very clean - For all you relocating like my wife, kids, and I, we highly recommend South Fork. We checked them out online, viewed the apartment yesterday, and moved in today. Great Apartments and Awesome Staff! Apartments were nice, staff was totally friendly and helpful, maintenance was great - came and fixed any problems immediately, even on weekends or evenings! We lived there for a year and did not have any problems whatsoever! Received our full deposit

Desert Run great place to live. This is one of the best places that I have lived, and I have lived all over the US. The management is always helpful. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. Haven't had any problems since living here. I would highly recommend the community to anyone.

Horrible. They change management like most people change their underwear. My 1 yr lease was signed and 9 mnths into it they tried to hike my rent by $200,along with demanding a pet deposit for my service dog at the same time. Frost covers the walls in Winter. My
