it is a nice facility to live in. There are plenty of problems though. i hope you enjoy load music and dont plan on breaking down in the parking lot. They like to hand out fines like water. The fines range from 100 to 300 that i know of. they will give them for the most rediculous reasons. It is ok to live hear
