The place is nice and clean, and everyone gets individual leases. But, that?s all I can say positively. I had a good time until I went to move out. Here?s what happened:

* The oven had to be cleaned SPOTLESS when we moved out. Not a black mark anywhere. Otherwise a $200 fine.

* We all moved out in early summer and gave them permission to try and fill our spots (our lease ended in August). Although we told them in January, they didn?t fill it at all. They will not try very hard to fill your place.

* When we moved out in May, we knew we had to pay rent all summer. No problem. They said we had to pay the entire summer?s rent within 10 days (the privilige of checking out early). I called them on it, asked them to find it in the lease, and they couldn?t. So, I didnt have to pay within 10 days. But, who knows who else did...

* One guy checked out before the rest of us, and we had not cleaned the apt by then. When we left, it was spotless. Nevertheless, they called him 4 months later saying he had to pay for cleaning costs for the apt. I had digital camera pictures of every corner of that place, and he brought his lawyer into the scene, and they retreated.

* Reassigning a lease costs $100. Moving rooms in the SAME apt costs $100. Everything has a strange fine/cost associated.

The management is not friendly, not accommodating, and have odd rules (you can?t walk on the grass, even though there are no sidewalks. your friends could get towed if they park in the lots -- they are supposed to park about 2 blocks away! Oh, and add $5/month to your rent if you have a "spa view")

You can do MUCH better in Laramie for A LOT less ($1300 for an apt in Laramie, please!). Look elsewhere.
