I live at one of the properties in Carbondale,Il and it is bad. No security in a bad neighborhood, doors don't lock etc. My room has flooded 5 times and they still have not properly fixed it yet!! Other residents have problems as well. These problems tend not to get fixed or they repair them in an unproffessional jerry rigged way. Avoid this company!!
