I am currently a tenant at Laramie Peak Apartments. The apartments are very close to campus leaving a 5 minute walk to the classroom building. The apartments are very poorly insulated, and heat bills run up quickly. The paint is chipping, carpets are cheap and bathrooms are poorly ventalated which leads to nasty mold all the time. It is quiet, and you get your own spot to park, but I will not be renewing my lease. I would not reccomend living here
