My sister and I were pretty impressed with the apartment when we first looked it over; it's spacious, close to campus and has a balcony - none of it worth it for the jerk landlord. He will pretty much fee you for anything he can find and takes advantage of college students (and their lifestyles). We have had numerous problems with the appliances, and laundry is a fortune (even though clothes usually come out dirtier than they went in). I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone I even remotely liked.
