Overall, these apartments aren't all that great . . . the staff is rude, they still have lead-based paint, and they're not particularly attractive. But, overall . . . it's convenient to live here. I'm close to campus, the rent is low (utilities included), and I've got enough space for all my things. I can't say that these are the best apartments I've ever lived in, but they certainly aren't the worst. They're at least worth checking out, and if you don't like them . . . there are no leases, so it's easy enough to move out. I suggest moving in during the summer to see if you like and then move out if you don't, you won't be able to find much once the school year has begun though.
