My family and I moved to Sweetwater Heights because it was the only complex with units available. I now understand why. Our apartment flooded several times, there was black mold in our walls...which WE fixed because maintenance was off for two days and could not be bothered to fix the problem and the hallway constantly smelled of mold, mildew and dog pooh. Also, the office manager was absolutely wretched. If you can find an apartment elsewhere, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Sweetwater Heights.
