I have been a resident of this property for over 6 years. Let me tell you since these new owners purchases it and AMC LLC has been managing it this place has run down!!!! They are SOOOOOOOO SLOW at repairing anything.. they do not maintain property, the sidewalks are always covered with TRASH or rocks or snow, there are dog FECES EVERYWHERE and they do just enough landscaping to scrape by in the warmer months.

The current manager is nice enough to deal with but never gets any thing done. The new maintenance staff look like druggies and I am fearful every time they have to enter my residence and they spend more time playing with their dog and talking on their cell phones than caring for the property.

I have had damaged tiles in my shower stall for over a YEAR and they have not repaired them which is causing mold to grow in my bathroom.

I have even complained to management in Murray Ut and still nothing gets handled properly.

All they care about is keeping units filled... they do not care about residents. My children cannot play on the central play area because of the dog feces and broken beer bottles that are all over the sand pit.

THIS PLACE SUCKS

Thanks for the honest review. My family is looking to relocate to this area from the deep south and this review lets me know to stay clear from this place!

I am the one who posted the most recent response. I did call AMC LLC and complained of the problems we have experienced with maintenance and such and my gosh everything has been fixed. Only took them 24 hours to fix everything. They are also going to be washing the carpets in the building in a week!! I am so happy and greatfull to Lindsy and AMC LLC that she was proactive in fixing these issues!!! I think things will be improving, us as tenants have to speak up!!

Are your hallways as nasty as ours. They washed them a couple weeks ago but only the carpets. The wall are horrible. Granted there are some really disgustig people on this earth but all of us should not have to suffer because of them. Maybe there is something we all can do to keep on them about keeping thins up.
