I have lived at Sweetwater Heights Apartments for the past 3 years. So I was here, before AMC took over, and I still chose to reside here. The property has truly improved so much since I first moved here. There is now a full time, on site management and maintenance team, that are Wonderful! They are very friendly, and I can tell by the work they have done for me, that they do everything they can to please all of us. They have been in my home many times, and are very trust worthy. I even allow them to come in when I am not home and that has Never been a problem. I feel that since the new management company has come in, they have shown the effort to make this property better than it was! The manager is very friendly, and from what interaction I have had with her, she is very kind, and seems to work hard. I was very excited too when this past month they replaced 3 of the buildings with new roofs. I think this really showed that they are making all the efforts they can to better this property for the residents. The sidewalks have been clear all winter, and I just found out that they have a new cleaning team I guess that is maintaining the hallways and laundry rooms. So far that looks amazing! When I moved here 3 years ago from back east there wasnt much to chose from, but now I would not chose to leave here. They are also the only place I could find that would allow us to have both of our dogs too. This place is in a great location, just up the street from an elementary school, and the buildings are all locked for security. As a single mom, I really enjoy that extra safety. Overall my son and I are really happy here and feel that this place has only gotten better in the past 2 years, and we hope to continue to see the improvements.
