Let me just say this place is the WORST place I have EVER lived at. Ridiculous deposit amount just to move in, and outrageous monthly rent and fees for what little we get in return as residents. The washers/dryers are so old, and are broken half the time, maintenance never fixes anything, 5 days ago my shower wall COLLAPSED because the wall was so old and rotted, and when we moved in there was mold in surrounding the bathtub, and caulking. Our toilet was broken, also soo old, and was not fixed for almost a week, and is broken again. Our shower leaked and FINALLY they fixed it after complaints of the until below us that our shower was leaking into there bathroom through the ceiling.Don't ever expect anyone at the office to actually be there or return your calls,unless its time to pay rent. The whole complex is run down and trashy and for we pay we should have something a bit more decent. Rarely are the halls vacummed, garbage is all over everywhere inside and out, and there is not enough tenant parking. People have there friends park in resident parking instead of visitor parking leaving NO room for people that actually live there to park, so the one time I did park in Visitor parking due to no other spot, I found a few hours later the property manager left a $25 ticket on my windshield. what a crock of crap! Theres old carpet, holes in walls/doors, and old appliances. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I am a former tenant and I've never had an experience quite like this one (and I hope to never again). Maintenance spends more time revving and playing on their motorcycles all hours of the night and day. If they only spent the same amount of time cleaning as they did playing, they could change the outside overflowing trash cans, keep up on the grounds, shovel windblown snow piles, clean the complexes, etc. All of the upfront fees are extremely high (most are non-refundable) and keep in mind you have to give two months notice to vacate before your lease is up. (Most places require only 30 days.) The washers and dryers available on the basement floor are most likely original and are inadequate forcing tenants to take it offsite to laundry mats. The exterior lighting on the buildings are non-existent, it??????s very dark at night. The appliances in the units are inexcusable; the stove door didn??????t shut tight, half of the burners didn??????t work, they did not sit flat and the dishwasher fell apart (maintenance ??????fixed?????? it twice to no avail). One would think paying almost $1,000.00 a month would provide a decent place to live. It did not. The whole time I lived there, I lived by the mantra ??????this is a warm place to stay?????? until we could find other housing. Read the fine print, be careful and try to find other housing.
