Very nice -- but big problems - Have lived in Camden Grand for almost two years. It's very nice, despite being low amenity (there's basically a small gym and that's it.) KIPP ACADEMY THE SCHOOL MY CHILD ATTENDS My 9 year old daughter loves Kipp Academy she hated school before attending Kipp
