| 05/01/2013 | S&S Properties are LIARS and FRAUD. While signing a lease they will say in case you have to break your lease you need to pay just one month's rent. But at the time a need arises to break lease they will ask for 4 month's rent PLUS lease break fee. They will not fix any issues in the apartment. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. The bathroom shower has issues. Roaches in the apartment. These issues were never fixed in spite of making several complaints to the manager. They dont even bother to return calls.
