You people are ridiculous! Us good residents here at The Ethans that pay our rent on time and take pride in our home dont want neighbors to move in that can't pay their rent and don't take care of their homes. I mean really,who would want to live next to someone like that. So as far as I'm concerned, go ahead and go down the street and live where they will approve anyone. You live next to these non job having, bad credit people that probably got kicked out of their last place. I'll stay right here at The Ethans in my nice apartment that I'm not paying too much for. Where I work we approve people for loans and we wouldn't give you any money if you haven't been on your job very long either. If you went to buy a car they would tell you the same thing so get over yourselves and accept the fact that you need to get your life together before you sign a lease or any other contract that you may or may not be able to fulfill because you weren't prepared. The Ethans want good upstanding residents and if you're not one then go to Falcon Point and save the $35 application fee that you probably can't afford anyway if you just started your job!!! Hey, check into Quail Run, the news showed they have a stalker on site and breaks into apartments once they know your schedule. Or theres always Kelly Crossings where someone was shot and killed. Northpoint and Crooked Creek right behind The Ethans are income restricted so you could always try them and hope to get approved. My opinion is The Ethans is great and until I buy a house I will remain here because I will be able to be approved for my loan because I have good credit and have been on my job for more than 2 weeks. The office staff is great. The assistant Manager is on top of it and the leasing agents Ryan I think and Kristen are so nice. So Shut up and leave my community alone and go live in Crap Run or Falcon Dump.

let me tell you what, i have been here for 2 years and have never been late on rent or ever complained about little things untill the management decides to ignore my phone calls about something as simple as a leak in my daughter's bedroom window. my point is that not all bad comments are lies, and not all of them are from tenants that don't pay their rent. so before you decide to tell people to shut up remember i pay my rent just like you.

this is probably someone from the office writing an obnoxiously biased review.....I agree with the other response, just because you are a good tenant doesn't mean those girls in the office are going to treat you nicely. Maybe fakey nice but they turn on you like that. I've left like 3 messages about different concerns and no one got back to me.
