LITTLE NELL - A WELL DRESSED GHETTO, DRUG INFESTED BLOCK OF MESS

Ana and her crew are the most unprofessional, nonconcern, disrespectful group of idiots I have ever encountered.

Never return your call in a timely manner and they have no concern for their tenants in good standing.

When you sign your lease -they will never provide a copy.

When you ask for a copy, they'll claim they're "getting back with you" for an entire year and never provide a copy for you.

I think a background check should be done on Little Nell's employees just as they do with their tenants.

Your review doessnt support the allegations that are implied in the title. "Drug-infested"? I would like more info on that please because I went up to these apartments and they seemed nice to me. I didnt have an appointment and I got a tour of the grounds and an apartment. The staff were very helpful to me and my fiance. I was really looking forward to living here until I started reading the reviews. I got a little worried but so far people are just complaining about rude staff and noisy neighbhors. I knew to expect this from a low income apartment complex. I see nothing about break-ins are drugs on the grounds.

Little Nell Apartment Complex looks great in appearance if you're driving down Beltway8 at 80mph. However, sign a lease and stay for a while, the freaks - drug dealers - thieves - and those bad --- uncontrolled unmonitored children come out. Families are placed in 3-5 different apartments in the complex, creating a "ghetto-hoodlike" project area. Ana and the staff appear to have been hired from a Temp Service of the "Blind, Deaf, and Dumb, Inc." They are either members or they are the owners. Nonetheless, Little Nell is a MESS. If the "anonymouse writer" got the grand tour and loved it, by all means - don't let these responses stop you. Move In and Enjoy. But, just one more bit of advice - I am the mother of a daughter who lived there and I lost sleep almost every night throughout her contract until she moved out. We too, got the GRAND TOUR.

in regards to the responder, here is an example of drug infested. On The orning of the fourth of July, around 2am I woke up to a swarm of lights, I looked out my window and surrounding a black buick were 3 police cars. The police instructed the 3 young men in the car to get get out, searched them and then searched the car. The police then placed bags of WEED on the hood on one police car. After 30 min they then left the boys go but kept the weed. This is a shame, the boys live in this complex. But thats just one example. I get off late and it is a given that no matter what time of day or night you will find a group of guys just "hanging" out. Not only does Little Nell not do a grand job in pre screening future residents, the police in the area are shady, i'd advise anyone who wants to fell safe in a place they spend over 700 a month to not even turn in an application, but if you have PLEASE dont fill out a lease, i wouldnt wish this nightmare(there are way more problems than the drugs) on anyone i loath!
