Been here Dec. 2004 to the present (2009) - After reading some of the reviews, I don't know what everyone expects when living in an apartment building. Management is nice, once you fill out a maintenance report, they fix the problem asap. The owner (Louis) allowed us to paint our apartment in colors that we wanted. Nice but Old The views and amenities are very nice, but the age of the building causes electrical problems (circuits pop when blow drying hair), plumbing problems, and now roaches. You also awake to geese and traffic every day. Not worth the money.

Don't Even Bother Stay Away!!! First thing... no elevator.. total pain in the ass to move in, move out, get to and from the apartment.
The noise from the train is horrendous, imagine being woken up by the trains bright and early every morning.
They use some profitable business

No one mentions their Building Letter, or whether or not their apartment is interior facing or facing a street, tracks or freeway. Second Floor, Top Floor, etc.

Beware of Bedbugs!! This apartment is badly affected by the bedbugs. The management is charging the people who rent the apartment pay an additional cost for treatment. Since, the bugs don't go extinct with the treatment, you might end up paying couple of times for the treatment within
