I lived in the Brightridge apartments for 1 year. I really liked the apartment that I lived in. The were times when I need things fixed in the apartment and it took a couple of trips before something got fixed. Regardless I did like the location and how they took care of the grounds. more

I'm wondering why Kent Farm Village only got 1 review.
After living here for three years, I'm very happy with this apartment overall. The main complaint is the wall seems thin, and not very sound-proof.

The apartments are nice enough. The mgmt of the building is non-responsive to complaints or they try to blame the tenants.
They use under qualified personnel to do the repairs i.e. unlicensed people that don´t really know how to maintain or repair the plumbing. The landlord attemptts to intimidate especially the elderly. more

Wampanoag Apartments is a very unique place with an wide array of tenants of all walks of life. Being its a section 8/HUD/subsidized place you have a wide range of people and and mostly WHITE TRASH who reside there that want to know your business. I lived there from 1998 - 2006 and in those 8 1/2 years I saw tons of drug dealing, neighbors who were low life living there who were dealing more
