Sunrise Apartments: Good choice for students (Recommending!)

From chefsam: Sunrise provides a decent bang for your buck if you're a student and want something simple.

Goods:
All utilities incl.
Gated, covered parking
Decent rent

Bad:
Extreme heat during winter
Security
Often noisy
