- Bike stolen, my fault (happens everywhere)
- Noisy neighbors (happens everywhere)
- Mngmnt has late hours (no real problem)
- Old furniture

YET
* large studio, good price (two people can easily live here)
* close to Pima and UA (5 min with bike)
* no big party draws
* "walled garden" feeling
