From ArcRoyal234: The apartment itself wasn´t terribly bad. In fact, I managed to keep it in decent condition and enjoyed it.
Keep in mind that there isn´t a great amount of choice living near UCLA. Prices are high and service generally poor.
My greatest complaints regarded the manager.
